We can even build you a house if you want. But seriously, this makes a big difference. We are first a renovator, developer and builder of homes for resale, but we can help homeowners too. Because we normally renovate for profit, we know which home improvements will build equity and what is a waste of money. RENOVATED BATHROOM from $5850 - We will take a standard 5x10 bathroom and totally redo it for under $6K. This will include a new tub with tiled surround, toilet, vanity, light fixtures, mirror, door, trim work, repairs to drywall, new plumbing, electrical plugs, tiled floors, paint & more. It will be a totally new bathroom when we get done, and the cost is probably a lot less than you would have expected to have it for. In addition, bathroom additions can be completed in most cases for under $10K.

NEW KITCHEN from $14,900 - Everything will be brand new in this kitchen. And it will include premium cabinets, granite counter tops, under cabinet lighting, stainless steel sink and fixtures, recessed lights, tiled or wood floors, trim work, hardware, paint, crown molding and a dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. This price is all inclusive for a standard 10x10 kitchen, however we can work with any sized space and make a great price.

ADDITIONS from $50/sqft - We will do your addition right and for the right price. A lot of this price depends on the house and your needs, but if it can be done affordable, we will give you that option first.

COMPLETE HOUSE RENOVATIONS from $65/sqft - This is everything you can imagine. Just give us a blank slate and we will make it just like new. We will renovate the entire house. This means brand new: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Roof, Siding, Windows, Doors, Flooring, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Paint, Trim work...EVERYTHING. Since this is how we make a living, we know how to renovate a house right. Of course, the price will vary based upon each house, but I think you will be surprised how affordable it can be.

And everything else. OK, not really everything. We are pretty busy buying and renovating homes so we can be selective with the outside projects we take on, so we will only really take bigger, more meaningful jobs.
